After the success of last years Liverpool ☀SUMMER SPECIAL☀ programme, which ran June – September 2017, leading to the birth of Mamafit® CIRCUITS and Mamafit® HIIT, we have decided to run another☀SUMMER SPECIAL☀ programme this year, which promises to be even bigger and better! 

This years programme will be delivered in MORE AREAS with NEW CLASSES available in:

Maternal Mental Health Matters Week runs from 30th April – 6th May 2018, with World Maternal Mental Health Day falling on Wednesday 2nd May 2018.

The aim of Maternal Mental Health Matters Week is to is to raise awareness about how mental health issues effect mums, dads & families during pregnancy and into parenthood and to promote the help, support & information that is available for people who experience mental health issues during pregnancy or after your baby is born.

Introducing FLEX; our new flexibility benefit helping you to attend more classes and increase the value for money of Mamafit® classes in Liverpool!

From April 2018 all Mamafit® Liverpool classes have added flexibility thanks to our new FLEX benefit; allowing you to ‘catch up’ at an alternate class if you are unable to attend your booked class.

FLEX aims to help you MISS LESS and ENJOY MORE!

Hi, I’m Anna and I’m so excited to be the newest member of the Mamafit team.

I’m 28 and I have a little boy, Jack, who is 4 and a half and has just started school last September. It feels like only last week that he was a tiny baby and now he’s wearing a shirt and tie and correcting my maths!

At home I also live with my husband Dave and our cat Marshmallow (who was named by Jack of course!), being the only female in the house I often joke

It’s almost Christmas, not just a time for frenzied shopping, present swapping, office parties, over eating and lazing around watching festive films but also a great time to reflect upon the year, look forward to the next one and send thanks; be that by giving presents, sending cards or wishing someone Happy Christmas.
