It’s that time of year again! 

Christmas is almost here, everyone is busy getting ready for the big day; buying presents, planning meals and arranging meet ups!

Christmas is the perfect time of year to celebrate, relax and enjoy some time together with friends & family 

This time of year is also the perfect opportunity to look back at what you have achieved during the past year as well as looking forward to the next with excitement!

This summer may have felt like it was over in the blink of an eye, but this year we have been blessed with perfect summer weather for long periods. In England this, unfortunately, is not the norm!

Hi, I’m Anna and I’m so excited to be the newest member of the Mamafit team.

I’m 28 and I have a little boy, Jack, who is 4 and a half and has just started school last September. It feels like only last week that he was a tiny baby and now he’s wearing a shirt and tie and correcting my maths!

At home I also live with my husband Dave and our cat Marshmallow (who was named by Jack of course!), being the only female in the house I often joke

Eating a healthy diet is an important part of a healthy lifestyle at any time but during pregnancy it is even more important; eating well during pregnancy will give you energy and your baby the nutrients they need to grow and develop.

The old saying of ‘Eating for two’ is unfortunately just a myth!!

Throughout different stages of your pregnancy you may experience different issues which may affect your eating habits such as morning sickness, cravings, tiredness, growth spurts etc. so being able to eat well all the time is often unrealistic,

It’s almost Christmas, not just a time for frenzied shopping, present swapping, office parties, over eating and lazing around watching festive films but also a great time to reflect upon the year, look forward to the next one and send thanks; be that by giving presents, sending cards or wishing someone Happy Christmas.

2017 has been a great year for Mamafit, our biggest and best to date, with more courses and classes available; taking a record number of bookings throughout the year, we have been able to support more pregnant women, mums and families

Summer starts now!

Its finally here… no not summer (Look at the weather!) but Mamafit’s ☀️SUMMER SPECIAL☀️ is now open for bookings!

We have been working on our ‘summer special’ for a while now; we have taken feedback received from mums attending our classes, ran online questionnaires gaining further insight in to what you would like to see and combined the results with our expertise to pull together a comprehensive summer programme, in addition to our current timetable.
