We offer fun, challenging and unique Personal Training sessions and bespoke exercise programmes providing structure, variety, motivation and guaranteed results!

Packages available:

  • 1:1 Personal Training
  • Small group Personal Training for 2-4 people; designed for training with partners or friends
  • Express 30 minute HIIT sessions for those of you short of time
  • Pregnancy Personal Training
  • Mums Personal Training
  • Home programmes with online support

Our emphasis is making exercise fun and rewarding; allowing you to maintain the motivation to meet and exceed your goals.

The majority of our Personal Training sessions take place outdoor at Otterspool but we can also come to your home or arrange to meet at a convenient location.

Our sessions are tailored to your needs; we believe in a bespoke service rather than a one size fits all approach.
