The majority of our Personal Training sessions take place outdoor at Otterspool but we can also come to your home or arrange to meet at a convenient location.
Our sessions are tailored to your needs; we believe in a bespoke service rather than a one size fits all approach.
Sessions are designed around your individual needs using different training methods and a range of equipment including kettlebells, ViPR, TRX, medicine balls, speed ladders, chutes plus much more!
