Outdoor Training

The majority of our Personal Training sessions take place outside at Otterspool Park.

We love outdoor training as it offers a completely different experience to exercising in a stuffy gym or sweaty studio; there is nothing like getting fit & active in the great outdoors!

The views during training sessions will keep you motivated whatever the season and whatever the weather; training outside makes you feel great, not just physically but mentally too!

We will use the natural landscape, facilities and climate to shape our training sessions whether that's hill sprints in the spring, hooking the TRX to the monkey bars in the snow, swinging a Kettlebell on freshly mown grass in summer sun or running along the leafy trails in Autumn!

We have training sessions for all goals, all seasons and all weathers!!
