Running fitness group for pregnant women & mums with babies or young children.
6 week programme - 6 x 1 hour outdoor running fitness classes.
Mamafit® GO is suitable for all fitness levels from beginner to experienced runner and is designed to be adaptable, challenging and fun for all.
Classes are delivered by a UK Athletics Running Fitness Qualified Leader; each session is specifically designed with mums and mums to be in mind along buggy friendly routes with fantastic views along the river Mersey.
Classes will involve fun warm ups, interactive drills, running and fitness sessions to help you continue running during pregnancy or start running again after having a baby.
Whether you are looking to feel a bit fitter, improve your running, lose weight or just start exercising again Mamafit® GO is for you!

- Mamafit® GO is suitable for women of all stages of pregnancy.
- Mums are welcome to attend from 6 weeks after giving birth. It is recommended to wait a little longer (approx. 10 weeks) following caesarean. Please speak with your healthcare provider or contact us if you have any concerns about recommencing running following birth.
- Babies and children are welcome to come along with mums but must remain in their pushchair/pram/buggy throughout the session. (runner/jogger buggies not required). It is recommended that babies under 4 months old or who cannot hold their own head are in a travel system/pushchair with appropriate head support.
